We purchased or New Plasma TV from a big box store who recommended Rich Willis of Richly Maintained Services to us if we wanted our TV mounted professionally. After our first meeting with Rich we realized that what we had first thought was going to be an easy task was not going to be that easy, but Rich assured us he could make the system work as well as making it functional, esthetically pleasing and easy to use.

From having a custom made articulating TV bracket with a speaker tray built under it so the speakers moved with the TV (at a very reasonable price) to fishing cables through our finished cabinets without damaging them and keeping all the wires out of sight and sitting down with us and explaining step by step the system operation. As with any new system there is a learning curve and Rich guided us through it as many times as we needed to feel comfortable with the system. A few month later we automated the system even more by having them install and program a multi-unit programmable remote that Replaces all of our other remotes, and it’s rechargeable so no more buying batteries.

The after sales service is great, if anything goes wrong or I hit the wrong button on the remote someone is available to get us through it.

I would highly recommend Richly Maintained Services to anyone looking for a company who cares about what they do and how they do it.
