Rich Willis of Richly Maintained Services is one of the absolute best people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He installed a first class Audio/Video system in our yacht that was no easy job … and he made all the difficult choices for us. We then purchased another yacht that already had a new system installed. We very quickly realized that we needed to bring Rich in for his expertise to totally revamp the system. Once again he worked his magic. I’m sure you’ve all been through the nightmare of having several remotes and accidentally pushing the wrong button. Rich makes complicated systems very easy use and almost fool proof, this is very important when your in the middle of the ocean! We are now doing a renovation on our home in the Okanagan and I wouldn’t think of having anyone else install our Audio/Video system but Rich, not only will he do a first class job but if anything does go wrong he responds instantly. You won’t believe the service. He’s as good as it gets.
